Returns & Cancellations
Cancellation before delivery
If your order hasn't yet been delivered and you'd like to cancel, we must be be informed as soon as possible before the delivery date. Ideally this should be by phone (in order to stop the delivery happening) and by e-mail (or other durable means) to officially cancel. However, if your order includes personalised requirements, there is no right to cancel.
Cancellation after delivery / despatch
Please be aware that if a cancellation is requested after delivery then it would be your responsibility to cover the costs of returning the products and re-stock charges, which could be deducted from any refund processed. Any refund would then be made in a period not exceeding 30 days.
Examples of return cost:
Our return cost for bulk bags of aggregates is £30.00 / pallet
Our return cost for Sleepers is £60.00 / pallet
Our retunr cost for Paving is £30.00 / pallet
It is best that you call us in the first instance should you wish to discuss a cancellation. We would also need the cancellation request in writing by post, email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax (01302 888864).
See Terms & Conditions page for more detailed legal information regarding the cancellation procedure.
If the product is received damaged or faulty, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. If goods are clearly damaged on arrival, we would ask that you sign for them 'Damaged' on arrival. This way it will be easier for us to organise replacements, this is why it is very important to inspect the goods upon delivery as much as possible before signing. Breakages can happen and we will send out replacements as soon as possible. To help us, we require that you open all products and check them, if there are any broken or damaged goods please notify us of the exact quantity and take photos and forward them onto us. This way we will make a replacement delivery to resolve the problem. Please note we will only make one replacement delivery, so it is very important that you check the full delivery of goods before making a claim.
